Do I need to install anything?
No. AppHaru runs in the browser on any laptop, tablet or phone. Your staff sign in with their own accounts.
Can I keep using Booking.com and Agoda?
Yes. AppHaru connects to your OTA accounts through a channel manager, so a booking on any channel updates the room count on all of them.
Which payments can guests use?
On your booking website and guest page: Khalti, eSewa, connectIPS and card. At the desk you record cash, card, bank transfer and wallet payments.
Does it print IRD VAT bills?
IRD-approved VAT billing with CBMS is the next part we are building. Until then, every charge and payment is already kept in a form that cannot be edited, ready for it.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your data is yours. We give you an export of your bookings, guests and accounts.
